New to CrossFit?
- Your free week trial or our “beginner program,” ( aka “foundations” or “on ramp” ) includes a Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7 pm class.
- These classes are designed to teach you the basic CrossFit movements and prepare you to attend our regular classes.
- The first half of each class is dedicated to teaching and the second half will include a workout.
- Once the beginners program is complete, then you will be invited back to learn the Olympic Lifts on the weekend.
