CrossFit – Members have successfully graduated beginner class. Beginners may attend but workouts will be modified until completion of “On Ramp.”
Team WOD – Sunday fun day partner and team WODS.
Beginner – Our “On Ramp” you learn/ perfect the CrossFit movements.
OLY Beginner – Class for beginners to learn the Olympic lifts (instruction only).
Open Gym – Work on Skills. Classes will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other Thursday at 7 pm.
