Beginner – Our “On Ramp” you learn/ perfect the CrossFit movements.
OLY Beginner – Class for beginners to learn the Olympic lifts (instruction only).
Open Gym – Work on Skills. Classes will be offered Monday thru Friday at 7 pm and Sunday 9am-11am.
